Exercising is an important part of any healthy lifestyle. For this reason in Book 3 Outside the Body, we included an exercise program to follow. Adding to this program we wanted to give you a visual model of each exercise to go along with your workout. These are only brief visual models for the strength and stretching exercises. You will need to consult the written instructions in the exercise program for the amount of weight, repetitions and hold times.
